What is the New Education Standards Authority (NESA)?
The new education standard authority (NESA) is an education portal. This new education portal was released in January 2017 to replace the board of studies, teaching and educational standards (BOSTES). The board of studies, teaching and educational standards (BOSTES) was created by the NSW government to make better education system. The main goal of NSW government is to improve the education standard in NSW schools. In new education standard authority (NESA) works in all the branches of NSW schools. In NESA highly accomplished teacher providing better education atmosphere. The working area of NESA proficient teacher is vided and that including assessment, teaching, policy, registration etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
There are numbers of responsibilities of the new education standard authority. To manage the higher level accreditation process is the main responsibility of the teacher as well as students. This is the application phase that is including the documentary process. In the process of lead teacher accreditation involve the following participants:
- The candidate
- Service director and principal
- Referees
- External observer
- Moderating and consistency committee (MCC)
- Teacher accreditation authority
That above mentioned list of participants has their own responsibilities at their personal level. They all participants are playing important role in the process of teacher accreditation.
